Acceptable Use
1.0 The Internet is a powerful business, information and entertainment tool, and Joomla Wired Ltd require any Client to use it with responsibility, respect, and courtesy, giving due regard to the rights of other users.
Illegality
2.0 In any form is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, etc.
Undesirable Content
3.0 Joomla Wired Ltd forbids certain types of content on its networks, especially adult content of any description, and content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC.
3.1 Software downloads may only be hosted if the Client is the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden.
3.2 Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if the Client is the creator and copyright owner of the work.

Spam Policy
4.0 Joomla Wired Ltd is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-spamming policy, and as such prohibits spam or any other unsolicited commercial email from being sent either
4.0.1 over any network operate.
4.0.2 by customers or any other users of these networks, AND/OR
4.0.3 over ANY network if the message sent advertises or mentions a site hosted on a server operated by Joomla Wired Ltd .
4.1 Joomla Wired Ltd reacts promptly to and takes seriously any violations, and further reserves the right without prior notice to terminate the services of any customer disregarding this policy.
4.2 Sending unsolicited commercial email ("spam"), cross-posting messages to large numbers of Usenet groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or referring to a Joomla Wired Ltd email address or web site URL is strictly prohibited.
4.3 The use of Joomla Wired Ltd servers as a mail drop for responses to activities described above is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Accounts cancelled due to any form of spam violation will be subject to a "clean up" fee of £350.
4.5 If you have any complaints or comments regarding spam on our network, please direct them to us.

5.0 Joomla Wired Ltd forbids the use of its network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is also strictly forbidden.
