• We guarantee your account uptime to be equal to or above 99.9%.
• We rarely have server issues that result in downtime; In the event of your uptime falling below 99% we will credit your account with the equivalent of 1 month service.
• Our commitment to our Professional Hosting packages stipulates that our servers run in a mirrored cluster thus allowing us to support our claim of a 99.9% uptime. Therefore if one server falls over the second server kicks in without service interruption.

It is possible to conceive that we may encounter a hardware or software issue that may cause a brief service interruption. In the most urgent cases, we will send out an email notifying customers of maintenance that needs to be performed. When notice is sent to service interruption, the scheduled downtime will not be considered 'unexpected' or 'unannounced' downtime and is therefore, not included.
