Your DNS settings change depending on the server your account is located on, please contact us via the ticketing system to ask. 

However, please beaware that our Pro hosting accounts really need to have point their domain's nameserver records to us, because if an act of God happends ie flooding our servers might switch to the secondary servers and your domain will not follow.  Thus your website will appear offline until you have manually changed the DNS settings.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.
